Founded in 1990 by Jim Vann in San Diego, California the company relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1992 as a full-service general contractor committed to quality construction at a competitive price.

Our experience includes the construction of contracts exceeding $80,000,000.00 and over 2,000,000 SF of building construction. Project diversification encompasses extensive design/build and construction experience in churches, Class A office improvements, industrial distribution and manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, mid-rise office complexes, street improvements, numerous government building and schools. Our “Hands-On” management style, developed through over 20 years in the construction industry, ensures prompt, personal attention to our clients’ needs.
